Welcome to Rivox. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Rivox mobile application (the "Service") operated by Justin ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Rivox is a financial intelligence tool that converts news text into quantitative metrics using the "Rivox Insight Score."

• Rivox Insight Score: An algorithmic assessment based on the confidence level of news sources.
• Safety Lock: If analyzed data is insufficient (less than 5 articles), the score may not be displayed to prevent false precision.

2. No Financial Advice (Disclaimer)

The content provided by Rivox, including news, reports, scores, momentum indicators, and analysis texts, is FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

Rivox provides news and report content only and ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT recommend, suggest, or encourage any individual user's personal investment decisions.

• Not a Financial Advisor: We are not financial advisors, and the Service does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer to sell or buy any assets.
• No Investment Recommendations: Rivox does not, and will not, provide any investment advice, recommendations, or suggestions to users. We do not recommend, endorse, or encourage any specific investment decisions.
• No Liability for Investment Decisions: Rivox assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY or liability for any investment decisions made by users based on the information provided through the Service. Since Rivox does not recommend personal investments to users, we are not responsible for any financial losses, damages, or consequences arising from your use of the Service or any investment decisions you make.
• User Responsibility: You acknowledge that any investment decision you make is at your sole discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating the information provided and making your own investment decisions.

3. Accounts & Authentication

To use the Service, you may be required to sign in using third-party authentication providers (Google or Apple).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We collect only your email address for account identification purposes.

4. Monetization & Ads

Rivox is a "Freemium" service supported by advertising.

• Ad-Supported Access: In exchange for free access to premium insights (e.g., specific scores, detailed analysis), you agree to view advertisements, including Rewarded Interstitial and App Open ads.
• Ad Networks: We use third-party services such as Google AdMob, AppLovin, and Meta Audience Network to serve these ads.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including the Rivox Insight Score algorithm, unique UI design, and "Unicode Style" formatting) are and will remain the exclusive property of Rivox and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RIVOX OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

SPECIFICALLY, RIVOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Any investment decisions made by users based on information provided through the Service
• Any reliance on news, reports, scores, or analysis provided by Rivox for investment purposes
• Any interpretation or use of the Rivox Insight Score or other metrics for investment decisions
• Any financial consequences resulting from the use of information provided by Rivox

Since Rivox provides information only and does not recommend personal investments, Rivox assumes no responsibility for any investment-related losses or damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
